We create daily, offsite backups of your website and data which are kept for 30 days, allowing us to easily roll back if required. This also allows us to restore your website in the unlikely event of an unexpected disaster. Access control plus encryption offers a robust defence and dependable security for your data.

When it comes to day-to-day support, we pick up the phone and help our customers the old-fashioned way when needed. But we also offer a ticket-based support service via email for any non-urgent queries and requests. This means you can contact us easily out of hours, or at your own convenience and know that you will get a response with proper tracking and accountability.
