Apple Mail Setup on OS X
Before starting:- Make sure your domain name loads. If it doesn't load your your email account wont work.
- Make sure you have had your email accounts setup by Purple Penguin Media admin
You are now ready to begin setting up your email accounts.
- Open Apple Mail
- Select Mail > Preferences.

- On the Add accounts wizard window, add your full name, email address and email account password; then click Next.

- For your account type, select "POP3" and then enter your email account information. Your user name is your email address.

- On the outgoing mail server (POP3) window, enter your information as follows:

Just enter what you like, we suggest, outgoing Purple Penguin server
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Enter mail.yoursite.co.uk/com for your incoming mail server.
- Tick "use only this server".
- Tick "Use authentication."
- Enter your email address as the username and the password for your email account and press continue.
